Passion for Experience Design
I’m not just a designer who simply redesigns existing products; I create experiences that drive business success. My expertise lies in uncovering what products and features need to be built, not just for current users, but to attract new ones.

From Travel Frustration
to Industry Standard
As a consultant, I struggled with timing flights, rental car returns, and client visits in unfamiliar cities. When I joined Motorola, I pitched a solution: a business travel app that streamlined this process. That idea became a reality and has since evolved into a standard feature on every smartphone.

Revolutionizing Restaurant
Operations at GrubHub
While working with restaurant owners, I saw an opportunity beyond what I was originally asked to do: a simple webpage redesign. Instead, I envisioned a dashboard that helped manage orders, staffing, and deliveries, transforming how restaurants operate. That insight didn’t just improve GrubHub, it changed the industry.

Pioneering Connected Car
Experiences at BMW
Working alongside engineers, I helped develop innovations like phone as key fob, in-car Alexa integration, and predictive maintenance. These weren’t just futuristic ideas; they became real-world features that elevated the car ownership experience.
These are just a few examples of how I embed myself in the lives of users, not just through research and interviews, but by living their challenges and uncovering opportunities others miss.
