GrubHub

I designed a suite of restaurant tools that included

• Mobile App for delivery drivers to track deliveries and finances
• Tablet to receive and manage orders
• Web Portal to view and manage business

This provided substantial improvements in efficiency and profits for both the company, and for restaurants.

Interviewed users and learned business by extensive on-site research and ride-alongs.

Designed new ways to order food, such as group orders and employee accounts, leading to significant increase in downloads and usage of GrubHub services. These improvements led to more profits for the company.

Generated ideas for improving delivery process, leading to creation of GH Delivery and more revenue.

Designed web portal, enabling restaurants to directly manage menus. This was a previously complicated process to submit requests to GH customer support. This, and additional features, enabled higher retention of restaurants within the system.
